White Glove Delivery Service

Creating amazing furniture and bespoke products is just the beginning at Industrial Upholstery. From the point of making contact with us to the finial delivery of your finished piece, we aim to provide the highest possible levels of the service along the journey, that’s why we are proud to offer a white glove delivery service to all our customers across the UK.

Finial Checks

Before any piece of furniture, large or small leaves our workshop we check every detail to ensure it meets our high standards of finish and overall quality.

Delivery

Our trusted team of delivery people have the skills and knowledge to handle your order from the minute its completed in our workshop to the point of delivery. Because we manage the final delivery stages by our own team, we are able to unpack and install the finished piece in your home or space to ensure a quality finish to the whole process.

Our normal processing time if an item is not in stock is 2 – 4 weeks.

Some pieces of the furniture may require a final assembly on site. Our craft people will be there in this case to enable a smooth and efficient process is achieved the final finish.

Refund and Returns Policy

We will accept returns of all items except those made-to-order. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery that you wish to return an item. They must be returned within 14 days. Once received back we will refund in full less any delivery charges (unless the goods are faulty or incorrect) within 5 working days. Any return delivery charges will be payable by you. Please ensure you get a proof of postage when returning items.
